RETURN / REFUND POLICY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

By placing an online order you Credit Card is charged Immidately!  This is something we have no contol over. If you like to place an order with no charge up front please Phone in your order.

Customers are welcome to place orders by phone with NO charge up front.  The only reason we charge a 10% restocking fee / Cancellation fee is because we are charged for accepting payment and again for refunding payment.

WARNING note that all refunds will be issued with a 10% restocking fee of the total charged.  All items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. Absolutely no returns will be accepted past 30 days. Return freight is the customer's responsibility.
